This support was vital: by securing the service as a part of Local Public Transport and mantaining affordable fares, the Region enabled the village not only to survive depopulation but to flourish and become known to the world as the only italian municipality accessible exclusively by air.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Back to the roots<br \/><\/strong>On June 1st 2022 a new chapter began: after over six decades, the Municipaliy officially returned to the forefront of managing its own \u201cgateway\u201d. Through the in-house company Chamois Services S.r.l., the community took back the helm of the cable car. C\u2019est une donn\u00e9e qui laisse bouche b\u00e9e et qui prime d\u00e9finitivement la vision clairvoyante de cette communaut\u00e9 qui, au cours des ann\u00e9es \u201860, sut d\u00e9fendre son identit\u00e9 de \u00aboasis de paix\u00bb, valid\u00e9e par une consultation populaire o\u00f9 60% des habitants choisirent fermement le c\u00e2ble en opposition \u00e0 la route.<\/p>\n\n\\n\n\n<p><strong>Le temps de la sauvegarde<\/strong> <br \/>Apr\u00e8s les premi\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, pendant soixante-deux ans, de 1957 \u00e0 2022, la R\u00e9gion Autonome de la Vall\u00e9e d\u2019Aoste a \u00e9t\u00e9 la gardienne de la liaison par c\u00e2ble du t\u00e9l\u00e9ph\u00e9rique de Chamois. Ce support a \u00e9t\u00e9 vital : en garantissant ce service en tant que Transport Public Local et en gardant des tarifs accessibles, la R\u00e9gion a permis au bourg non seulement de survivre au d\u00e9peuplement, mais aussi de s\u2019\u00e9panouir et de se faire conna\u00eetre dans le monde comme l\u2019unique commune d\u2019Italie accessible exclusivement par c\u00e2ble.<\/p>\n\n\\n\n\n<p><strong>Le retour aux origines<\/strong><br \/>Le 1er juin 2022, un nouveau chapitre a commenc\u00e9 : apr\u00e8s plus de six d\u00e9cennies, la Commune est redevenue officiellement protagoniste de la gestion de sa propre \u00abporte d\u2019acc\u00e8s\u00bb. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 in house Chamois Services S.r.l., la communaut\u00e9 a repris dans ses mains le gouvernail du t\u00e9l\u00e9ph\u00e9rique. Ce retour \u00e0 l\u2019autonomie de gestion a cr\u00e9\u00e9 une nouvelle \u00e9nergie, favorisant la progression des 130.000 passages annuels en 2023 jusqu\u2019aux 144.000 en 2025.<\/p>\n\n\\n\n\n<p><strong>Une \u00e9volution clairvoyante<\/strong> <br \/>L\u2019engagement pour am\u00e9liorer l\u2019accueil et l\u2019efficience ne s\u2019arr\u00eate pas. L\u2019automatisation des syst\u00e8mes de passage et le r\u00e9cent projet graphique qui a rendu les gares plus accueillantes sont les signes tangibles d\u2019une r\u00e9novation d\u00e9j\u00e0 en marche, \u00e0 laquelle on ajoutera bient\u00f4t le projet d\u2019un nouvel ascenseur. Ce sont les pas d\u2019un t\u00e9l\u00e9ph\u00e9rique qui sait regarder en avant et se r\u00e9nover sur le plan technologique sans jamais trahir son \u00e2me.
